A VFS plugin that uses kqueue on FreeBSD to provide similar functions as inotify on Linux

Hi, Richard!

How this plugin differs from the libinotify with the kqueue support?That
one we have in the ports collection and port's Samba links against it.

Also, gamin/libfam in FreeBSD uses kqueue and/or libinotify and used by
vfs_fam_notify.
