Samba 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 migration

I uninstalled the ldb packages, recompiled samba 4.0.2 and did make and make
install. I am getting the same error. I know the backup is good for sure
since it worked on 4.0.0 and I did some tests to remove files and restore
them from backup.
