Even looking at the logs you sent, I still don't have a clear
description of what the problem you had was, or how you think you fixed
it.

You should not attempt to manually populate the DNS zone.  This will
only cause you trouble later.

In general, SWAT won't help you with the AD DC, and may even break
things (it hasn't been tested in that mode).
