Updates to the Samba 4 HOWTO documents

After getting a Samba 4 domain up and running with two domain controllers
(as well
as a Windows 7 and Windows 8 systems), I have managed to find a number of
things
which were missing or possible incorrect in the two HOWTO documents I used.

Where would be the best place (or who, as the case may be) to submit a list
of these
problems I encountered to help others avoid the problems I encountered?
