non-ascii characters in legacyExchangeDN

Hi

This sounds very much like the same issue that Exchange 2003 has where it
should be checking UTF8 but fails to do so hence a lot of messages get's
passed through but comes up as garbage on the clients, this is fixed in
exchange 2010 and MS is refusing to fix it.
