[PATCH] Patches for samba-tool (upgrade related)

These patches are the little changes I've been working on over the past
few days.  Fixes to the classicupgrade code, fixes to ldapcmp, fixes to
dbcheck (and the ACL code it calls) and tests for samba_upgradeprovision
by using the ldapcmp tool to verify the result.

Each has a commit message on it's own I wont repeat, but it would be
most helpful if someone could review or push these.

This doesn't yet prove the 4.0.0 -> 4.0.3 upgrade, but it is a start.
