Patch: Improve the configure and wscript tests for aio_suspend

Hi folks,

Attached is a patch. Can someone review it and submit it. It had to
have two signed-off-by lines because I actually added some code.

That means I cannot review it.

Tested on Fedora 14 Linux. Will test later on FreeBSD but I imagine it
will work.
