Problems Building Samba 4.0.3 with --with-fake-kaserver

I hit the following small problems in the builld, I can't post patches but 
these are simple changes that I can describe:

1.  In source3/lib/afs.c:afs_login() the call to lp_servicename that is 
the second argument to talloc_sub_advanced is missing the talloc context.

2.  In source3/Makefile.in line 1236, @FAKE_KASERVER_OBJ@ was removed from 
the NET_OBJ

3.  In source3/modules/vfs_afsacl.c line 703, the afs_to_nt_acl_common 
call in the return of afs_fto_nt_acl is missing the talloc context 
argument.

Should I open a bug on these?
