Backup and recovery HowTo

Hello,

because we had this topic multiple times on the mailing list and many 
admins would be happy to have specific information about it, I added a 
HowTo to the Wiki:

I marked this as a draft, until someone reviewed (and maybe corrected) 
it. It's an important topic. So nothing should be wrong or missing.
