Never run 'smbd' or 'nmbd' when running 'samba', eg as an AD DC

Samba 4.0.3 (due tomorrow) will shut down if it cannot bind to ALL the ports it requires.
This should make it more obvious when situations like this occur. (The
same will apply to other non-samba users of these ports, such as
OpenLDAP and the MIT KDC).
The error in the log will probably be
NT_STATUS_ADDRESS_ALREADY_ASSOCIATED.
Finally, please choose an appropirate and meaningful subject for your
mails.
