[PATCH] samba-tool - make provision check for bind version

Hi,

what's will happen if named is compiled and not in path ?

I know that samba recommend user who use bind 9.7 to upgrade, but samba 
can work with bind 9.7.
Maybe will be better to test if version >= 9.7 than try to test each 
version.
