[PATCHES] for make testenv

Hi,

find attached some patches to improve make testenv.

The first two patches from metze make the "SCREEN=1" option work, the third 
makes "VALGRIND_SERVER=1" usable. Number 4 let us know if the glibc malloc 
check feature strikes us and the last two allow the daemons to create corefiles 
in testenv.
