[PATCHES] some new tevent features

Hi,

here are some tevent patches, which add:

- tevent_queue_wait_send/recv()
- tevent_num_signals()
- tevent_sa_info_queue_count()

And do some cleanups.

This should also fix https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10214
(TEVENT_SA_INFO_QUEUE_COUNT aio_pending_size mismatch)
