Amitay fixed [1] a couple of months ago.

We still need to fix [3].  I'll aim to do that as soon as I get time.

I think we should probably maintain the wiki and remove the HTML
documentation from the CTDB source.  No use duplicating it.  Amitay and
I have discussed the general topic but (as usual) I can't remember if
that's the direction he wants to take...
