[Release Planning 3.6] Samba 3.6.19 scheduled for September 25

Hi,

Samba 3.6.18 is out now. If there are no objections, I would like to
schedule Samba 3.6.19 for Wednesday, September 25. That would mean, the
release branches will be frozen on Wednesday, September 18.
