[PATCHES] use the new python based kcc by default

Hello All,

Please review and push (if wanted) two patches related to the use of the 
new kcc, the code has been here for quite a long time and was reviewed 
by tridge but we never switch to this, with the 4.2 cycle opening right 
now I think it's a good idea to enable this new kcc that should be much 
more complete than your simple kcc it should help with in mixed env 
scenario where Windows do not replicate some application partitions from 
Samba because we lack attributes that should be set by the kcc.
