Samba 4 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Dear Sirs

I've compiled and installed the latest stable version of samba 4 (4.07) 
on ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Desktop Version).
I just want to report two problems other users may find:

1. DNSMASQ listens on port 53 by default thus preventing samba 4 to run.
One has to disable the dns function of dnsmasq (dnsmasq --port=0) to fix.

2. AVAHI-DAEMON prevents the use of kerberos.
When one tries to use kinit a message is issued stating that there is no 
KDC available.
One has to stop avahi-server to fix.
