Tested/confirmed by hand-patching my installation.  I removed a record 
then re-added and indeed the TTL is now 900.

Do you know a convenient way other than scripting a "remove" / "add" for 
every PTR in every reverse zone to update the TTL from 0 to 900?  (e.g. 
a batch import into samba internal DNS, so that I could dump, edit and 
re-import)

I see the objects under  "DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=cobite,DC=com" and I see 
that the dnsRecord is a binary blob...
