moving samba4 DC to new AD site and creating second DC

Hi,

I'm moving onto the next step after setting up a samba4 dc for my small 
business network.  I need to set up a second DC in a separate location 
and I'd like some machines to use it based on subnet etc.

As I have read in previous posts on this list, for this to work, the two 
DC need to be in different "sites", but there was some discussion at the 
time that moving a Samba4 DC to a different site would not work.

Is this still the case?  Is there a workaround to this?

If possible, this should be documented in the 
Samba4/HOWTO/Join_a_domain_as_a_DC page, because it seems particularly 
relevant.

Also, as a primarily Linux person, there is discussion of migrating and 
seizing the "FSMO" roles?  Can someone explain what this is and what the 
required admin tasks would be in a setup with two DC in different sites?
