Samba upgrade fails NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO

I'm upgrading from samba 4 alpha17 to 4.0.4 , when i run


i receive the following error

Loading new DNS update grant rules
Could not find DNS/pdc.egypt.mycompany.loc principal in secrets database:
NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO: Could not find entry to match filter:
