[Samba] [PATCH] Set RFC2307 attributes in samba-tool create

Hello,

more patches as promised, I have resent the original patch because I've fixed
one bug I've discovered writing the tests.

The tests test the getpwent call by using the current user under which the test
runs. Since I haven't run the full testsuite and maybe the tests will run in
very strange environments, this may be a problem. As mentioned on IRC, it could
be possible to fake the Python NSS calls used (see for example,
http://pydoc.net/Twisted/9.0.0/twisted.python.fakepwd) as currently done for
the libc functions.

The last patch is very short. It issues a warning when setting a UID/GID at
user creation without idmap_ldb:use rfc2307 = Yes.
