Samba 4: Failed build on Ubuntu 12.04

Conclusion: it must have worked. In fact I patched nothing because I got 
the syntax wrong and in fact in so doing built the master branch.

I just built it again on a new git pull and git clean -xdf.

Will go again on a totally new install. . .
What a pain Ubuntu is proving to be.
