file_server: Fix spoolss support with s3fs.

Hey, where can I get a list of usable options, I have looked at some of the
git commits, and in samba-tool testparm -v, but I am still a bit foggy on
how to get my cups working with samba 4 like it did with samba 3. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
