Sorry. It was my fault. I resetted my test environment for the final migration 
testing and the LDAP server IP in my old smb.conf pointed to my live 
environment instead of the LDAP in my test environment (where I deleted the 
'administrator' account). Shame on me.

I corrected this and now beta8 classicupgrade runs fine when I delete the 
'administrator' account from LDAP.
