[PATCH] Add 'samba-tool processes' command

This patch creates a new 'samba-tool processes' command to try and
assist the diagnosis of issues in Samba when we are running on Linux and
other systems without a working setproctitle.

It is often handy to work out if the process leaking memory or using CPU
is the KDC, or the CLDAP server (to work from a recent example we hit on
FreeBSD, where this information was very helpful).

I'm happy with these changes, but if you would like to comment, I'm very
happy to make improvements.
