[PATCH] Remove in-tree PIDL output support from waf

While chasing down the -I/ bug, I noticed we have this now apparently
un-needed lump of code trying to allow us to keep the IDL-generated code
in our GIT tree.

As we now always auto-generate this, I think this complexity isn't
needed. 

Thoughts?
