dnsserver death after some seconds

Hi list,

Samba 4 git version....

the dns server kill after some seconds, with this message in log:

samba4# sbin/samba -i
samba version 4.1.0pre1-UNKNOWN started.

running on FreeBSD 9.0

samba4# sysctl kern.maxfiles
kern.maxfiles: 65000
samba4# sysctl kern.maxfilesperproc
kern.maxfilesperproc: 65000

what could it be?
