[Samba 4] smbd PANIC: assert failed: sconn->oplocks.exclusive_open>=0

Hi everyone,

I've been getting this panic for a while now but haven't been able to
retrieve gdb backtrace log; I've finally got it. I'm using current
v4-0-test git (Version 4.0.0rc4-GIT-3955a6ab) with the patch from this bug
report here: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9309.
