For sure, although I think that it's too bad to loose track of them so 
if we decide that they can't/shouldn't be fixed for 4.0 and postponed to 
4.1 (or 4.0.X depending on big they require changes) that's why I 
created this new bug to track them and all of those that we think are 
worth to be fixed for the next release of Samba:

I do approved this idea and due to the limitation that we will have on 
AD DC I think it's worth to have them made clear and also provide 
information about existing 3.x users.
