Guilty as charged :-). The problem with the current system
of reviewer is that they have no "skin in the game". It's
easy to look over work, think "yeah this looks kind of ok"
and say it's ok to merge without any more real thought.
I am guilty of the above as well :-(.
If you actually have to push that code yourself it is
psychologically now *YOUR* code, and brings a much
deeper level of commitment than merely looking over
code someone else will push.
