Remove irixacl module?

oops ;-)

That was one of my "early sins" in samba, when I did the posix
acl backends in the vfs layer. I guess the stub  IRIX module
was more of a TODO to fill it later on. Since it has not
happened until today, it is ok to have removed it... :-)
