make test, printing and NT_STATUS_RPC_PROCNUM_OUT_OF_RANGE

Anyone know what might have changed in printing or winreg recently to
show this in the logs of make test?

nt_printer_add: failed to add printer print2: DOS code 0x0000002e
winreg_printer_openkey: Could not open HKLM hive:
NT_STATUS_RPC_PROCNUM_OUT_OF_RANGE
winreg_create_printer: Could not open key SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT
\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\print3: DOS code 0x0000002e

I've not seen failures associated with it, but it seems wrong.
