Proposal to remove confusing "security XX mask" parameters for 4.0.0

Those settings have made me want to scream on more than one occasion.
Every time I need to set one of them, I have to double check the
documentation.  I finally got to the point where I just copied and
pasted the security settings from The Fine Manual to the bottom of my
smb.conf on our PDC and I reference that.  Also, IIRC, there exists a
version of the documentation where these settings were erroneously
documented, leading to more confusion.  I'll give this two thumbs up
and be glad they're gone. :)
