Thanks. It is dnsmasq on 53:

netstat -nlp
Active Internet connections (only servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address           Foreign Address State       
PID/Program name

tcp      0      0 127.0.0.1:53            0.0.0.0:* LISTEN      1192/dnsmasq

I killed it and now it's fine.

I don't have KVM installed. Where does it come from? How can I get rid 
of it?
