If you're interested in testing against the prototype code, then feel
free to pull down the following test appliance:

It boots with a Btrfs backed server_side_clone Samba share exposed,
offering copy-chunk support.

The prototype code is similar to what has been proposed upstream, but
also includes vfs_btrfs and FSRVP enhancements.
