Right - we have no go - with anything I tried to use! system KRB5 libs,
Heimdal KRB, MIT KRB - none of which made a difference.

I've done trace on the Solaris bundled version - which works
and a trace on the compiled 3.6.9 version which doesn't. I'm avoiding to
post these to the list because they cannot be sanitised. (so whilst the
message is sent to the list - for the sake of completion, the attachment
isn't)

I'm at a loss as to what is going on here... halp?! :)
