The attached (large) series of patches are all the ACL-related fixes
that are not yet in 4.0.  

They may not all be strictly required (some are tests), and we may
decide not to do the mem_ctx changes, but this lot builds and passes the
automated tests here.  

However, I've not done any manual testing (eg, with Windows) of this set
yet, so hold off changing your production deployment.  You will have to
run 'samba-tool ntacl sysvolreset' to undo the damage caused by the
previous incorrect handling in that code.
