[PATCH] Allow posixUser LDAP attributes to be optional on classicupgrade

The attached patch should make all the LDAP attributes optional, that we
hope to possibly migrate from a ldapsam backend.

Please let me know if it works so I can get jelmer or another member of
the team to review it for me.
