New added DNS entries are not resolveable

resolv.conf is correct, because exon.muc.medizinische-genetik.de (the DC) 
could be resolved, but new added entries like marc.muc.medizinische-genetik.de 
couldn't. There's just this one DNS.

If you have a look in the debug output of named, you could see, that the entry 
is not found in the LDB - but it is visible e. g. in the MS DNS tool:
