New added DNS entries are not resolveable

Are you using internal DNS server or BIND with DLZ plugin?

What's the output of

  samba-tool dns query 192.168.29.2 muc.medizinische-genetik.de @ ALL

It should list all the dns records for the zone muc.medizinische-genetik.de.
