Samba master winbindd (s3) fails to work in a Win2008 domain

I've got a Windows 2008 R2 DC in my wintest configuration.

I've been recently asked to run this on the 'samba3' configuration of
master (used alpha21).

Anyway, it fails, not for the reasons I've been asked, but because of
SMB2 (it appears). That is, access to lsarpc over SMB2 fails with
OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND.

The attached network trace is a good example. The join over SMB1 seems
to work, winbindd over smb2 seems to fail.

This is reliably reproduced. The command being run at the time is
wbinfo -u.
