Please do not push it. I have tried all day to reproduce the
DELETE_PENDING error. I have seen it once, but the log files
taken at that time have not been sufficient for me to see
what is going on. Since then I have found no way to
reproduce it. But this needs fixing before the patch goes
in. Also, before we push anything significant, the other
flaky test needs to be fixed. See
