Sorry, i don't understand what this has to do with Lars... or my person.
Just open https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=761987
go to the bottom of that page. On the right side add yourself to the CC List.
AFAIK you (or your admin) need a valid login to Novell bugzilla.
