Adding Samba4 DC to existing Samba4 Domain

My apologies, this was my own stupid fault.  Centos default "server" package
install has samba3 and somehow that was interfering.  Removing samab4, then
all of samba3 and its components, and then reinstalling samab4 made it work
on the first shot.
