quota limitation problem

Hi, I encountered the quota limitation problem and I found out that
was reported in the past.

I think this fix is correct, but this patch was not applied to
mainstream yet.
This problem causes lack of quota limitation coherence.
In generally case, file writing is limited by hardlimit. but it would
be limited by softlimit when using a SMB2.
