Samba 4.0 beta2 tomorrow!

I chatted with Kai on IRC, who reminded me that the team mood is to keep
to the release schedule where possible.  In that vein I hope to release
the beta today, with metze's option for the posixAccount stuff, and then
dealing with the pdb_ads issue after the release, once we come to a
conclusion.
