provision database build error

Hello List,

I just began to test the sambe4beta. This one:
http://ftp.samba.org/pub/samba/samba4/samba-4.0.0beta1.tar.gz
following this howto:

everything runs fine until I reach Step 4 (Provision samba4)
running that I get this error:
|# /usr/local/samba/sbin/provision ...
...
get_nt_acl_no_snum: fset_nt_acl returned zero.
ProvisioningError: Your filesystem or build deos not support posix ACLs, 
s3fs is unworkable in this mode

Tested dabian stable and testing (both amd64) inside vbox. Both end up 
with this error.

Please hint me, when I missed to give some information (it's my first 
self compiled samba attempt)
