upgradedns issue

I had issues upgrading to the beta using the dns flatfile so now I'm 
trying to get the bind9_dlz working.. I've disabled bind9 on the 
secondary for the time being to verify that just the primary with 
replication was working after upgradedns was run..

Primary is working great.. When I try to run samba_upgradedns on the 
secondary dc I get the following error..

   dmapi: 5
