Plunged to beta and have replication errors..

I should have waited but I took the plunge to the beta and am now having 
replication errors... I'm not quite sure what broke or where to look .. 
My process was to
"git pull"
"git clean -x -f -d"
.configure --prefix=/opt/samba4
make
make install

I stopped running processes before the upgrade and as far as I can tell 
all is working except replication.. looks like kerberos errors..
