[PATCH] delete duplicated man pages for tdbbackup, tdbdump, and tdbtool

There are man page copies for tdbbackup, tdbdump, and tdbtool in
docs-xml/manpages-3 and lib/tdb/manpages.

This patch set merges missing changes from docs-xml/manpages-3 to
lib/tdb/manpages and deletes the man pages in docs-xml/manpages-3.

The patch set applies on top of v4-0-stable.
